Finds a Home

Decentralizing Outcomes, Building Futures.

We’re Redefining Outcome-Based Financing – at Scale.

How can you take part?

Commission Impact. Eliminate Risk.

Stop financing intermediaries and start funding the impact outcomes you want to see. Pay only after the results are verified. Define what success looks like, set a value, and leave the rest to DIOM.

Impact Outcome Commissioners

Govern Impact & Earn.

Co-fund the impact treasury. Vote on bids. Help vet and select Impact Creators. Monitor impact outcomes. Curate and earn.

Impact Stewards

Build Impact. Get Funded.

Bid on Impact Bounties which match your area of expertise. Convince the stewards of the decentralized treasury that you have what it takes to deliver verified impact outcomes.

What are we doing?

Transforming Outcome-Based Financing for the Impact Sector

DIOM helps governments, international development agencies, foundations, and corporate CSR programs deploy impact capital more efficiently and transparently.

At the same time, DIOM removes the burden of fundraising from NGOs and charities by giving them access to a permanent decentralized funding pool, known as the Impact Treasury.

Impact Stewards co-fund and govern the treasury, selecting Impact Creators and underwriting projects. DIOM fosters aligned incentives, enabling truly scalable outcome-based financing.

How are we doing it?

DIOM Pillars

Thanks to DIOM’s bounty system, Impact Outcome Commissioners’ funds are protected by smart contracts until impact outcomes are verified. Meanwhile, DIOM makes outcome verification faster, cheaper, and continuous.

Impact Bounty

Just like a bug bounty, an Impact Bounty is a donor-funded reward for achieving a specific pre-defined outcome. Bounties de-risk impact outcome financing.

Impact Verification

DIOM facilitates robust and transparent impact reporting through professional impact auditors and web3 verification tools.

Aligned Incentives

The decentralized Impact Treasury is the financial backbone of DIOM. It is funded by Impact Stewards. They have real skin in the game.

Decentralized Impact Financing

We are decentralizing “pay for success” funding mechanisms for the impact sector. Unlike traditional Outcome-Based Financing (OBF) models, which have high set-up costs and rely heavily on centralized control, Impact Bounties make use of decentralized finance (DeFi) and web3 technologies to enhance and streamline the process of funding, delivering, and verifying social and environmental impact outcomes at scale.

Community-governed Verification

Community-governed Verification

The verification of the actual impact achieved through Bounties is managed by a community of Impact Stewards and specialized Impact Auditors, ensuring the integrity and alignment of outcomes with initial goals.

Decentralized Financing

Decentralized Financing

Enables the pooling of funds from a community-governed treasury to finance impact projects, allowing broader participation in impact creation.

Aligned Incentives

Aligned Incentives

Ensures that all parties involved have their incentives aligned towards the successful delivery of real and verified impact, benefiting both the project beneficiaries and the ecosystem's overall value.

Transparent Funding

Transparent Funding

On DIOM, thanks to self-executing smart contracts, escrowed funds are released automatically after impact outcomes have been independently verified according to pre-set parameters. For maximum transparency, everything happens onchain.

Tokenization and Tradability

Tokenization and Tradability

Soon, it will be possible for DIOM governance tokens to be traded on secondary markets and digital asset exchanges. This is the missing link in turning verified impact outcomes into liquid digital assets.

How is impact de-risked?

Impact Bounty Process

Impact Outcome Commissioners fund Impact Bounties. Commissioners don’t need to worry about delivery or verification. Impact Stewards use funds from the decentralized treasury to underwrite the process. Independent Impact Auditors verify the outcomes.

Meanwhile, the Impact Bounty is safely locked in escrow and released to the treasury only after the outcome has been positively verified.
